GEORGE Williams and Josh Drinkwater have both been included in Warrington Wolves' 21-man squad for Saturday's clash with Catalans Dragons.

The Round One defeat to the French side in Perpignan is the only time the half-backs have started together this season, with both having suffered from separate injuries since.

Williams sustained an ankle injury during that game and while he briefly returned against Hull KR in Round Four, he has missed the past two games since while Drinkwater has been missing since limping out of the Round Three win over Castleford Tigers with a thigh issue.

Both remain injury doubts for the final 17 but are included in a re-stocked 21 that also includes second-rowers Ben Currie and Lachlan Fitzgibbon, who are set to return from two-game absences of their own.

However, there is no place in the squad for Connor Wrench, so Rodrick Tai looks set to keep his place at right centre.

Max Wood drops out having joined Bradford Bulls on loan during the week, with Joe Bullock and Arron Lindop also making way.
