Unlocking Salford Quays

Last Sunday, me and dad went to an exhibition at the Lowry in a place called Salford. It was called 'Unlocking Salford Quays'.

There was a picture there of my Grandad John.

It must have been quite an old picture because Grandad had hair.

We all went for lunch at Pizza Express. Mummy was annoyed when she found out we'd done that because she had to work and couldn't come. She also really likes goats cheese pizza.

Auntie Jo and Uncle Mike were there as well. I'd only seen them the day before, but there was no sign of Dougie and Louis today. They are dogs that both look the same and have very wet noses. They are funny though. And maybe a bit mad too.

Daddy took me to change my nappy, I told him that I missed my mummy, as she normally changes me when we are out. In fact, it's quite unusual for daddy to change me, normally he's really busy doing other things when my nappy needs doing.

I tried to feed daddy my sandwich in exchange for his lunch as it looked more exciting than mine. Auntie Jo gave me some pizza and Uncle Mike’s pizza looked really tasty, but daddy said Tabasco might not agree with me.

Grandma seemed to eat her lunch quite quickly, she must have been hungry like me.

I think I like something called lasagne, I smiled at Grandad so he gave me some of his. He talks quite a lot, so he had a lot left to share.

We fed some ducks, although that wasn’t as much fun as waving a flag.

I can wave it with my left hand and then my right hand which seems to make old people laugh.

This weekend I am going to practise walking because I can very nearly do it all by myself.
