Yesterday was my very first birthday!
I think this is a big deal, as mummy and daddy both took the day off work and we all went to Chester Zoo. We saw elephants, a tiger, lions, monkeys, flamingoes and lots of other animals that I can't remember the names of.
Then we went to buy me some shoes.
Because they were my first pair of proper shoes, I got a card with my picture on it and shoe size. Mummy kept saying that she couldn't believe the price of them - £22 and they only last six weeks.
But we paid more than that for all of us to go to the zoo and that was only for a few hours.
On Sunday, all my nanas and grandads came round for a tea party and mummy helped me blow out the candle on my cake. I got lots of presents and mummy said she didn't know where she was going to put everything. But there's still quite a bit of space left on the floor so she doesn't need to worry.
