Well it seems like only yesterday I was wrapping presents and counting the days, but as quick as it came, it was gone.

Hopefully you all had a lovely Christmas, and there weren’t too many arguments, broken plates or disasters. And if there was, there was always the brandy, Christmas cake or TV to drown your sorrows… something most of us do over the festive period.

As we all know though, January is usually the time when we all start to think about stopping all those naughty dips into the biscuit tin, or one too many bottles of wine. Over Christmas nobody worries about it, but suddenly when January hits, we all start to realise how unfit and unhealthy we are and try to make a change, and New Year is a good time to do this, as it is a brand new year.

Hypnotherapy is great for helping you visualise the new you and help you reach your goal, whether it be a more sporty you, an alcohol-free you or a slim you. It uses your subconscious to train you to have new healthier habits and subconsciously you will start to make those changes. Sometimes it is hard to do this on our own and it is easy to fall back into old habits if, subconsciously, we have not made that change.
