A WOMAN has been arrested following reports of a customer refusing to pay their bill at a restaurant in Stockton Heath.
At around 7.05pm last night, Tuesday, officers were called to reports of a breach of the peace at a restaurant on London Road.
The caller reported that a customer was refusing to pay their bill and was making threats towards staff.
Officers attended and arrested a 54-year-old woman on suspicion of the breach of peace.
She remains in custody at this time, said a Cheshire Police spokesperson.
