Café Blu opened its doors on Grafton Street on Wednesday, February 1 this year with owners Kerry and Gary Campbell aiming to provide fresh quality food using the best products.

The couple also wanted to create a place where customers felt welcomed and at home – somewhere they could call in for a cup of tea and a friendly chat – and NHS workers receive 20 per cent discount.

So, what do the regulars think about Café Blu? Why did they think it should win our breakfast crown?
